Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days, and you’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking information as soon as your jewelry is on its way.

SHIPPING

At this time we ship anywhere within the continental United States. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days. Special events, promotions and holidays may result in longer processing times. Once your order is placed, you will receive your package's tracking information. LOST PACKAGES

 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible to pay for shipping again.

If a package has been delivered by the mail carrier, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If a package is lost in transit, the mail carrier is responsible and should be contacted by the customer directly to resolve the issue.​​

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the items for an exchange or refund within 14 days of the delivery date. These items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase after the item(s) are received back to Pearls & Roses LLC. Please allow 1-7 days processing from the date we receive the returned item(s) for refunds to be issued. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return. We strongly recommend obtaining tracking for your return shipment, as we cannot refund lost returns.
